澳大利亚房产折扣力度最大的是来自昆州的四个城区。
最新数据显示，其中两处位于大布里斯班地区——Rochedale和Loganlea的单元房大幅降价50%——但首府地区目前的独立屋也出现了非常强劲的降价。
对CoreLogic数据的独家分析发现，在过去一年里，布里斯班的31个城区，独立屋的原始挂牌价以两位数的百分比折让。（全名单在文末）
寻找“便宜货”的买家在Blacksoil可谓真的捡到了大便宜，这个地区的挂牌价格大幅下跌逾三分之一(平均折扣为38.3%)——这是大布里斯班地区独立屋价格的最高折扣。
独立屋方面，折扣紧随其后的是Burbank，比例达到20.9%；再接下来是Upper Brookfield，20.0%，Moreton Bay的两个城区也包括在内：Draper和Stanmore均为20.1%。

CoreLogic公司的分析师卡梅隆·库舍尔（Cameron Kusher）表示，在整体市场放缓的背景下，折扣幅度正在上升。
他说，“所有数据都表明，作为一个整体，布里斯班市场已经放缓。因此，在一些城区，卖家和买家的价格预期将存在很大差异。”
CoreLogic发现，在过去3个月里，65.7%的房产以低于原挂牌价的价格售出，而要价的平均折扣为5.7%。
全市精明的“淘便宜货者”从16个布里斯班市府城区获得了更大的折扣——一半是独立屋，一半是单元房。
